Breathing Records
The content hub for our signed artists and affiliated creators. Turn a playlist into short-form video, review every post before it goes out, and publish it to the artist's own TikTok and Instagram accounts on a schedule.
Breathing Records is an independent record label based in San Diego. The hub is the tool our roster uses to run release promotion. Access is by invitation - it is not a public sign-up product.
What the hub does
Promoting a release means posting consistently for weeks, across several accounts, without letting anything unapproved slip out. The hub does the repetitive part - fetching tracks, rendering video, drafting captions, holding a queue, posting on schedule - and leaves the editorial decisions to a person.
Video rendering
Pull tracks from a brand's Spotify playlist, pair each one with its cover art and a 30-second preview, and render a vertical promo video with that brand's own overlay styling and fonts.
Human curation
Nothing publishes on its own. Every track, caption and video is reviewed and approved in the hub by a person before it can be queued.
Scheduling
A weekly slot per playlist or recurring format, or an individual post scheduled for a specific date and time in the artist's own time zone.
TikTok and Instagram
Connect each account once. Posts then go to the connected profiles for that brand, with the destination named on the confirmation before anything is sent.
