FAQ
Common questions
If your question is not here, email us and a person will answer.
Who can use the hub?
Signed artists on Breathing Records, creators in our event and JON ECHOES networks, and managers or representatives authorized to act for one of those. Accounts are created by us on request. There is no public registration and no self-serve sign-up.
How do I get an account?
Email info@breathingrecords.com and tell us which artist or project you are with. If you already have an account, sign in with the Google account the invitation was sent to.
Will the hub post to my account without me seeing it first?
No. Every post is reviewed and approved by a person in the hub before it can be published, and you can see everything that is queued for your brand. If you would rather do the final step yourself, set your brand to Upload draft and the hub will put videos in your TikTok inbox for you to finish and post in the TikTok app instead of publishing them.
What does the hub read from my TikTok account?
Your open ID, display name and avatar, so it can confirm which profile it is about to post to. It does not read your videos, followers, comments, messages or analytics. The full breakdown is on the TikTok integration page.
How do I disconnect?
Remove the connection from your brand's TikTok page in the hub, or revoke it in the TikTok app under Settings, Security and permissions, Apps. Either stops all future posting immediately. Posts already published stay on your account and you can delete them from TikTok.
Who owns the content?
You do. Using the hub to publish grants us only the limited permission needed to transmit your content to the platform you asked us to post to. We claim no ownership. See the Terms of Service.
Can other artists see my accounts or my numbers?
No. Access is scoped per brand. Members of one brand cannot see another brand's connected accounts, queue, post history or reporting.
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes. Email info@breathingrecords.com and we will close your hub account and delete the data we hold for it. What we store, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Does the hub use my music without permission?
The hub only uses tracks from playlists a brand has configured, and only 30-second previews of them, for that brand's own promotion. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you publish through the hub, and posting material you do not have the rights to is not permitted.
