Features
What is in the hub
The hub is organized around brands. A brand is an artist project, a label imprint or a DJ identity, and each one has its own accounts, styling, schedule and members.
Content and rendering
Playlist videos
A brand's Spotify playlist becomes a stream of vertical promo videos, one per track, each with the cover art, a 30-second preview and the brand's overlay template.
Overlay templates
Per-brand fonts, accent colors and text layout, edited in the hub with a live preview. Templates use named tokens for the track, artist, album and artwork, and an unresolved token is treated as an error rather than published as a blank.
Audio previews
Previews are resolved through a chain of sources so a track with no preview from one provider still gets one, and cached so the same track does not re-download on every run. A curator can pin the exact moment in the snippet a video should start from.
Artwork and cropping
Cover art and base video are cropped and positioned in the hub, so the framing is a decision a person makes once per brand rather than per post.
Recurring formats
Beyond a plain playlist rotation, a brand can run editorial formats on their own cadence. Each has its own template, its own queue and its own approval step.
Single track features
One track given a full post of its own, with a longer caption and the artists tagged.
If you like this
Pairs a well-known reference artist with something from the roster, for listeners arriving from the reference.
Anniversaries
Marks the anniversary of a release, computed from the real release date rather than a hand-maintained list.
Live shows
Announces upcoming dates for artists on the roster, pulled from their listed tour data and rendered on the brand's template.
Review and control
Approval queue
Every pending post in one place, with the rendered video, the draft caption and the destination accounts. Edit, reorder, remove or approve. Nothing publishes unapproved - see how it works.
Dry runs
Trigger any slot in dry-run mode to see exactly what it would produce, including the rendered video and caption, without sending anything anywhere.
Post history
One timeline across every format and platform, so it is possible to answer "what went out for this artist last month" without opening each account.
Run history and alerts
Every scheduled run recorded with its outcome, plus email alerts on failure. Health checks flag the quiet problems, like a queue about to run dry.
Reporting
Artists on the roster get monthly reporting on streams, playlist placements gained and lost, and audience growth across platforms, so promotion can be measured against a release rather than guessed at. Reporting is scoped per artist: an artist signed in to the hub sees their own numbers and nobody else's.
Access and roles
Access is by invitation and scoped per brand. A member of one brand cannot see another brand's accounts, queue or numbers. Roles separate the people who curate and publish from those who only need to read reporting. Details are on the FAQ.
