Requesting access
Tell us which artist or project you are with. Accounts are created by us; there is no public sign-up. See the FAQ.
Something went wrong
A post that did not go out, a video that rendered incorrectly, or a connected account that stopped working. Include the brand and roughly when it happened.
Data and deletion
Ask us what we hold for your account, or ask us to delete it and close the account. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting an account
You can do this yourself from the brand's TikTok page in the hub or from the TikTok app, but write to us if anything looks wrong after you do.
